This is Ahyi (aunty). She loves to carry baby Joel and he loves to smile and talk to her too. She comes over for about 2 hours everyday...and she insists on mopping the floor EVERY TIME. She wipes every surface too - although i told her dont need to. She says it's better coz there'll be no dust. (So unlike our previous Ahyi mann...)I dont mean to be mean...but once, i swiped my finger on one of the surface in the kitchen. Haha...like Cinderella's evil stepmother! True enough...REALLY NO DUST!!! WOW!!! No wonder she says that everyone she works for likes her a lot.
Some people wonder why i need domestic help...but if u knew the cost, i'm sure you would get it too. It's only ¥10/hour (the market rate can be anything from ¥7-15/hour). We pay her ¥500/month for 2 hours each time, Mondays-Fridays. She says she works about 12 hours/day, and earns about ¥3000/month (approx S$600). Sundays are her off-days to spend time with her son.
